We are always happy to work with curious and motivated students on their final theses. The actual topics are intentionally open, as we want to find a good fit between the students' background, experience and goals, and the open challenges motivated by the stuff we work on. However, generally speaking, there is always something interesting to do in areas like:

• text mining (named entity recognition, relation extraction, topic analysis, text summarisation, document classification...)
